I Had an amazing massage with Natalia, she is great! Definitely recommend trying ashiatsu massages! I also had a 5 star facial experience , Brittanys hands are magical and so healing! Definitely coming back. Loved the vibes of the spa, and they have an infrared sauna!

This was my first time coming here, and I had never had much luck finding a massage therapist who would go above and beyond to provide a true deep tissue massage. I scheduled a deep tissue session with Natalia, along with some add-ons—Ashiatsu and aromatherapy. She did a spectacular job targeting the issues that I had. I felt completely rejuvenated, and it was worth every penny I spent. I definitely recommend her, especially for her Ashiatsu specialty, and I rescheduled another appointment with her right after my session ended.

Loved my massage here. It was my first time at spa suveda and I don’t think it can be beat. I love the decor and soft touches they added to everything- you begin feeling relaxed the moment you walk in the door. I was greeted by the front desk staff, given slides to wear throughout the studio, given a tour and waited for my room to be ready in their tea lounge where you can choose from a variety of high end teas and make a cup using reverse osmosis filtered water. They also had little single serve snack mix which was amazing bc I was in a hurry and needed something to eat to tide me over. After my 90 minute massage I used the infrared sauna for 15 minutes. My masseuse was amazing. I could tell she knew what she was doing. The massage had some acupressure, passive stretching, and deep tissue and Swedish. I loved it. I can’t wait to come back.

The space was so inviting. Check in was smooth. They were on time. The robes were soft, and the tea was such a nice touch. Stella was incredibly talented - one of the best massages I have had. The free sauna was a fun, unexpected treat at the end. Would highly recommend to anyone and will go back whenever I can.

I just had the most relaxing and therapeutic experience with Krista’s Buccal Unbinding Ritual at Spa Sudeva. This is one of the holistic spa's new massage services (they also do holistic facials and energy work sessions like reiki). If you’re looking for a true day spa in South Tampa, this candlelit sanctuary was designed for the sole purpose of bliss and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was given a robe and slippers and guided into the tea lounge, a calming, zen-inspired space filled with organic teas, soothing music, and soft candlelight. I even got to set my intentions by journalling before my treatment, which made the experience feel even more personalized. I booked the Buccal Unbinding Ritual because I struggle with chronic migraines and TMJ pain. Krista started with deep tissue massage on my neck, shoulders, and arms, before moving into the intraoral portion of the treatment. With gloves on, she gently worked inside my cheeks and jaw, releasing stored tension. She finished with facial gua sha and a heavenly scalp massage that completely melted away the tightness in my head. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and noticeably more open in my jaw. I highly recommend this service for anyone with TMJ, headaches, or facial tension. Spa Sudeva is truly the best South Tampa spa for holistic treatments that restore both body and mind.
