I had the most amazing 1st Time Buccal Unbinding Ritual with Krista. I have struggled with TMJ and found lasting pain, stress & tension relief from this unique offering. I was able to relax, drop in and let go of tons of tension. Also had minimal soreness and will definitely try it again 🙏

Leon BarnesLoved my massage here. It was my first time at spa suveda and I don’t think it can be beat. I love the decor and soft touches they added to everything- you begin feeling relaxed the moment you walk in the door. I was greeted by the front desk staff, given slides to wear throughout the studio, given a tour and waited for my room to be ready in their tea lounge where you can choose from a variety of high end teas and make a cup using reverse osmosis filtered water. They also had little single serve snack mix which was amazing bc I was in a hurry and needed something to eat to tide me over. After my 90 minute massage I used the infrared sauna for 15 minutes. My masseuse was amazing. I could tell she knew what she was doing. The massage had some acupressure, passive stretching, and deep tissue and Swedish. I loved it. I can’t wait to come back.

Stella was incredibly talented - one of the best massages I have had. The free sauna was a fun, unexpected treat at the end. Would highly recommend to anyone and will go back whenever I can.
