Ceremony Meditation and Kambo ceremony

Meditation: kambo ceremony for stress relief

It’s has been said that “Life is what happens when you’re busy making plans” and that there are many things that are beyond our control. Yes that is true, but that does not mean we can’t take responsibility for who we are and how we allow our current circumstances to affect us. Our state of mind, is just that-ours; it is ours to cultivate, to develop and to embrace. Life is an ebb and flow of experiences, and our reaction to every encounter dictates the emotional outcome we will have. There comes a point where you must realize that it’s time to let go of what no longer serves you, or choose to become a slave to your emotions. If you want to see the light, you must train your mind to find focus and stillness. Meditation is a great practice available to help you with this process of finding peace and letting go.

Many people when they first think of meditation, picture a monk sitting in silence atop a vast hill or a group of “hippy” people in a circle chanting “Ommm”. Sure sometimes that is what happens, but there are several facets and faces of meditation that include a diverse group of people. Its important to understand that Meditation is the art of bringing your mind, body and spirit into a completely relaxed state. The practice of meditation allows you to develop concentration, clarity, emotional well being, and a quiet understanding of life.

First things first- you must stop saying to yourself that you have no time. Meditation practice can be as long (or as short)as you want, anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. You can practice it on the go, by just simply repeating a positive “mantra” or sentence, that helps you focus, or you can make it more involved, by lying down, in a calm, lightly dim space and focusing on your breath.

Here is a simple meditation for stress relief:

1)         Lay down on a yoga mat in a calm, dimly lit space ( it is helpful to designate an area of your home for contemplation-it need not be a large space)

2)         Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply-

Breathe in, expanding your stomach completely- to the count of 6,holf for the count of 3 and then, gently exhale through your nose to the count of six

3)         Scan your body for any tension, making sure that you are not holding your shoulders high and that you are fully relaxed.

4) Repeat as often as you like 🙂

What are the benefits of Reiki or Energy work?

First and foremost allow me to explain what Reiki is;

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by  specific hand placement on what are called the 7 Chakras, or energy governing bodies,and is based on the
idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and
healthy.The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”.  The Reiki practitioner channels “life force energy” through positive intention and then attempts to balance the chakras and increase the bodies ability to heal itself.  You do not need to have any specific religious beliefs to receive Reiki. It’s about being open to the concept that the body, if given the opportunity, can and will heal itself. A Reiki session allows you to fully relax and let go, so that you can feel more balanced, thus allowing the body to release negative patterns and heal. Another thing that can help you relax is marijuana, learn more about High Guys Delivery here and get the best weed.
